My year joining the prestigious Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) was 1984. I served this Great Department for almost 25 years in different parts of India.

I got blessed with two daughters. Both of them are married. I am ambitious. Both my daughters are married and are settled in the USA. I took voluntary retirement in 2009.

Because of my “take-it-for-granted attitude” towards life soon after my retirement, precisely two years ago, I weighed almost 85 KGs. Autophagy was there. Even though I was regularly exercising for absolute fitness, I was unable to find out the truth hidden behind why I was Morbidly Overweight. 

By then, I was 60 years old. During the 1st week of January 2021, as a part of one of my new year’s resolutions to reduce my weight in proportion to my age and body size, I came across a holistic health formula titled “Autophagy” through the Internet. 

I did a lot of authenticated research on this autophagy pathway and decided to adopt this Nobel Prize Winning Science.

Since then, I have been practicing this science on my “personal health” to get better results for me in anticipation of avoiding all critical health challenges in the long like Diabetes, Heart Disease, Cancer, and Cognitive Disorders, being faced by human beings after the 60s. By the way, I am 62 years right now.

Even though my wife, who is 59 years old and was maintaining sound health also determined to have an option of adopting these Autophagy lifestyle changes or process of Autophagy on her health as well, thereby extending her support to me. Now, I weigh 73 KGs. Diabetes was not a health challenge for both of us from the beginning. I understood that chaperone mediated autophagy was one of these processes.

Now, we both are on this “Successful Health Journey” for the last couple of years…

After analyzing all the pros and cons of “sound holistic health” and getting the benefits of adopting this lifestyle, I chose this “optimal health platform” full-time for extending a helping hand in acquiring sound health by all, as well. In my view, induced autophagy is always good for health in the long run.”
